Guide Dog Demonstrations

HYLANDS PARK, CHELMSFORD

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association will be performing two demonstrations at the All About Dogs Show Hylands on Sunday 4th and Bank Holiday Monday 5th May 2025.

Guide Dogs is a charity that provides life-changing support to people with sight loss by training guide dogs and mobility assistance dogs to give people with sight loss freedom.

The Demonstration Events team will be in Hylands Park (timings TBC) to ‘show, not tell’ the impactful work the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association do. Through engaging and creative demonstrations led by their talented team, they’ll highlight the essential skills our dogs need to help give people who live with a vision impairment the independence and confidence to live the life they choose.

Additionally, come along and chat to the Local Volunteering Attraction Coordinator Phoebe, who will speak about volunteering opporutnities in the local area.
